Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 23, 2026

We want every licensed professional to be able to track their continuing education with certification.app, regardless of ability or assistive technology. This statement explains what we aim for and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and label form fields so screen readers can navigate the app.
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive controls.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content.

Known limitations

certification.app is under active development, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Charts, uploaded documents (such as scanned certificates), and certain third-party components may present barriers. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritize fixes.

Report a barrier

If you encounter anything that prevents you from using the service — or have a suggestion — please contact support@certification.app or use the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, and we’ll work to address it.
