Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Our paid subscriptions are how certification.app pays its bills. Affiliate commissions on some course links are additive — they help keep the catalog free for everyone, but they don't drive what we recommend.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special link that lets a course provider know you came from certification.app. If you sign up or purchase through it, the provider may pay us a referral commission. We may participate in affiliate or partner programs with continuing education providers and course marketplaces.
How it affects you
- You pay the same price you would by going to the provider directly — commissions are paid by the provider, not added to your cost.
- You are never required to use our links. You can always go straight to any provider.
- Earning a commission does not change a course's listing, ranking, or whether we describe it as relevant to your license.
Our commitment to honest recommendations
Our core product is an accurate record of your continuing education and clear information about your requirements. We will not let affiliate relationships compromise that. Course relevance is based on your credential and category needs — not on which provider pays the most. Where practical, we identify links that may earn us a commission.
Compliance always comes first
A commission never influences the requirement data we maintain or the compliance status we show you. As always, you are responsible for confirming that any course satisfies your board’s requirements before you rely on it — see our CE disclaimer.
